Privacy Policy

• Email address — the email you submit to join the waitlist.
• Basic request data — the referring page and browser user-agent that accompany your signup, stored with it so we can understand where interest comes from.
• IP address— checked at the moment you submit the form, to limit how many signups can come from one place and keep spam off the list. We don’t store it: it’s used for that check and then discarded, and it is never written to our database.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed and interactions on this site. Only collected if you accept analytics in our cookie banner; we use PostHog and Google Analytics (which may set cookies and process your IP address).

• To notify you when Bound opens for early access.
• To measure interest and improve the product before launch.
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse of the waitlist.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics is off by default. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies — nothing is tracked until you choose “Accept,” and you can decline. We use PostHog and Google Analytics (GA4) for product analytics; both may store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser only after you accept. Google Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode, so it stays in a cookieless⁠/⁠denied state until then, and we do not enable its advertising or cross-device (Google Signals) features.

We also honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” / Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s cookies, or block cookies in your browser settings.

We share data only with the providers that help us operate the waitlist, each acting on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores the waitlist (your email and signup metadata).
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Google Analytics — product analytics (only after you accept).
• Resend — delivers the confirmation and launch emails.

We keep your waitlist information until Bound launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
